Tip : Install Maps to SD Card

Dear Windows Phone 8 users,
You must have installed maps on your device in order to access offline navigation. All the maps installed by the app or by the maps settings, were installed in phone memory. Now, you want it to be installed in the SD Card. How do we do that? Well, Nokia had introduced an app called "Storage Check" for all Lumia handsets. The app mainly solved the problem of clearing temporary files, thus cleaning the "other" storage.

With the advent of Nokia Amber, many users had this problem solved. But few still had the problem. Nokia implemented its app on the settings panel. Nokia public beta of the app had a new feature,"Install Apps to SD Card". So,in order to install maps on the SD Card, download the Lumia storage check beta(4MB) by clicking here. Tap on maps and change the desired location from Phone to SD Card.
